Don’t throw the bottle away! A while back I walked into our first wine bar client in California. On a shelf by some of their non-wine items were several candles made from wine bottles of wines carried in the shop. One of them caught my eye – the candle from a Blue Cape Cellars Pinot Noir (our double gold 2012 Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir vintage to be exact).
